DESIGN BRIEF
PLUS Expressways Berhad intends to build a new Headquarters building at Subang Central Region on two identified option location.
The most preferable option ( option 1) will be on the 6 acres of the area required.Option 2 is also preferred due to its location nearest to the NKVE.
The new HQ will accommodate the present requirements, 3 additional companies and additional floor space for future requirements. The Traffic Monitoring Centre shall be housed in the new building.It is preferred that parking shall be a multi-storey carparking building.
It is intended that the new HQ will have its Identity and will be a Landmark in the area which reflects the prominent and progressive organisational structure in the country. |

DESIGN CONCEPT
The proposed architecture shall be Contemporary Islamic Architeture that reveals itself as a modern office complex nestled in a tropical green lung.

The PLUS Headquarters shall promote comforting ambience to the users and visitors.
The Modern Office shall have a balance of existence Islamic architectural principals and contemporary hi-tech technology to give an ever lasting harmony in the constant search for architectural and cultural identity. |
